1. The Company operates and manages this website and mobile application Panjab foods (together referred to as the "Platform"). The word Entity shall apply to each company that runs and manages the Platform in the relevant cities, both collectively and individually. You can find the whole Company information here.
2. These terms of service ("Terms") govern Your use of the Platform. For the purposes of these Terms, the Company may also be referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our," and the terms "You," "Your," or "User" apply to Platform users. We appreciate your faith in us. As a result, We maintain appropriate security requirements to protect transactions and Your information.
3. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services. If You do not agree to these Terms, You may not use the Platform's Services (as defined below), and We require that You remove the App. You signify Your acceptance to these Terms and other Panjab foods policies (including but not limited to the Company's cancellation and refund policy and published privacy policy ('Privacy Policy')) as posted on the Platform and amended from time to time, which takes effect on the date on which You use the Platform, and thereby create a legally binding arrangement to abide by the same by simply using/accessing the Platform.
4. Panjab Foods has the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" legend above will tell you when these Terms were last amended. You can always find the most recent version of these Terms on the Platform. You should examine the Platform's Terms on a frequent basis. Your continuing use and access to the Platform shall constitute Your acceptance of such modifications. In the event the amended Terms are not acceptable to You, You should quit accessing the Platform.

1. You accept that the Platform enables You to use the following services
   1. a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Platform for the purpose of purchasing select products from the Company, such as groceries, pharmaceutical products, alcoholic beverages, and tobacco products (collectively, "Product(s)"), sold on a business-to-consumer (B2C) basis for personal consumption and not for resale;
   2. gaining access to the Company's services via the Platform, including but not limited to last-mile delivery of Products; and
   3. quickly and effectively responding to Your questions or concerns about Your Account and the services you use on the Platform.
2. The aforementioned services will be referred to as the "Services" together. The revocable access entitlement does not include/permit resale or commercial use of the Platform or its Content (as defined below). The Company has the right to add, change, or delete any of the Products and/or Services stated above at any time and without notice. In addition to these Terms, the Company may, at its discretion, impose additional terms and conditions relevant to any category or area of Products, and Your purchase of any such category or section of Products will be governed by such additional terms and restrictions. The Company maintains the right to deliver the Services in any location or city in India, as may be chosen by the Company in its sole discretion. Please check if the Services are available in Your area or city before applying or enrolling for any of the Services. The Company facilitates last-mile delivery of Products through third-party pick-up and delivery service providers, who will charge a service fee for their services.

The Company does not: (i) engage in any 'unfair trade practices with respect to the Products and Services, whether on the Platform or otherwise; (ii) discriminate between Users of the same class or make any arbitrary classification of the Users; or (iii) discriminate between third-party delivery service providers.

1. Prices for each Product may fluctuate owing to a variety of reasons, and You may verify the pricing on the Platform before placing an order. By submitting an order, you agree to pay the prices shown. Unless otherwise noted, all Products offered on the Platform shall be sold in Indian Rupees at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) (including all taxes) or at a reduced price. The pricing of the Products may be changed at any moment. The Company strives to make the Products available on the Platform at the most competitive rates feasible. There may be an unintentional inaccuracy in the Prices and other Product details. You may bring such inaccuracies to our attention, and we will make the appropriate adjustments.
2. At the checkout page during a transaction, Users will be notified of any charges, fees, and costs (including delivery fees) that may be charged on the purchase of Products on the Platform. The price of any Products and/or Services offered on the Platform is not manipulated by the Company.

You agree and undertake not to disclose the address of any public location, including but not limited to educational institutions, hospitals, and religious institutions, as Your delivery address for orders pertaining to alcoholic beverages and tobacco products. Furthermore, when you buy alcohol, you acknowledge and guarantee that you are not;

1. in an inebriated state;
2. engaging in any illegal behavior;
3. (uniformed official) in uniform or on duty; and
4. being under the legal drinking age.

The Company and/or the third party delivery service providers retain the right to deny delivery of such order to You if You fail to comply with the foregoing restrictions in the Company's or the third party delivery service provider's sole discretion.
